We successfully implemented a comprehensive system management framework within a production company with 780 employees, 19 years of market presence, and 5 regional branches.
Initially, we encountered challenges in distributing functions between co-owners and top managers, as well as separating the roles of “owner” and “director.” Attempts to implement formalized tasks and regulations on the fly were unsuccessful.
To overcome these challenges, we adopted a gradual approach, implementing changes in small steps. We demonstrated the value of system management to key employees by solving their pressing problems and tasks using a systematic approach.
As a result, the need for changes became evident to all stakeholders. We commenced with regulating project management and introducing an adaptation and training system for managers at all levels. Subsequently, we implemented regulations and work reports, leading to a comprehensive system management framework that streamlined operations and improved overall business performance.
